EbizON is looking for a skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team remotely.

The ideal person for this position has an an eye for detail, with the ability to analyze, understand and coordinate and manage multiple projects. 

Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend
services and APIs.
•Lead architecture, new feature development, and system enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements.
•Write clean, efficient code, conduct thorough code reviews, and optimize
applications.
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system reliability.
•Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices and process
improvements.
•Stay updated on emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•8+ years of backend development experience, with strong proficiency in Python.
Expert-level experience with Django (and/or FastAPI) for applications involving
streaming content and AI/ML processes.
•Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL,
MongoDB, Redis).
•Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven).
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
•Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
•Understanding of web security standards and secure coding practices.•Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
•Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with additional backend languages/frameworks (Node.js, Flask, Go, Java).
