Ecommerce Media Manager
You manage the Ecommerce Media agenda in a particular geography.
Mondelez India is seeking a strategic and digital-savvy Media Manager to lead eCommerce media initiatives. Internally referred to as the Ecommerce Consumer Experience Manager, this role focuses on developing media strategies that maximize ROI and drive growth across Mondelez's various categories. In this capacity, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Customer Marketing, Legal, Finance, and others, to ensure the seamless execution of eCommerce media campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ecommerce Media Strategy: Develop and implement ecommerce media strategies that align with global principles and local business objectives.
- Portfolio Management: Manage multiple categories like Chocolates, Biscuits, and Beverages, optimizing media spend to deliver measurable results.
- Campaign Optimization: Guide media agencies to deliver strong ROI by continuously analyzing performance metrics and optimizing media campaigns across platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with brand, omni-channel, KAMs, and creative teams, as well as senior stakeholders, to develop media plans.
- Digital Leadership: Stay ahead of digital trends, particularly in ecommerce, and enhance Mondelez's digital marketing capabilities.
- First-Party Data: Leverage first-party data from ecommerce platforms to elevate the company's digital strategies.
- Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to person for all ecommerce media-related queries, with the ability to influence decisions at both a regional and global level.

- Media, including media buying and analytics, experience ideally gained across the agency and industry
- Digital media ideally with exposure to eCommerce best practice
- Working with and influencing external partners, matrixed local, regional and global stakeholders
- Having a test-and-learn mentality, taking learning and scaling them broadly.
- Having a bias to action
- Process management: Well-executed brand initiatives and effective collaboration with the other critical functions in the organization is a must
- Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
The ideal candidate should have:
- 8 plus years of Media expertise with a strong focus on E-commerce and Digital marketing.
- Experience managing large CPG portfolios with expertise in media analytics.
- Prior experience working with Agency and Media partners, including e-commerce marketplaces, Quick Commerce
- Experience in both agency management and client-side media handling is a plus.
- Ability to balance strategic and operational responsibilities in a matrixed organization.
