Elearning Content Developer

eClinical Solutions helps life sciences organizations around the world accelerate clinical development initiatives with expert data services and the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud – the foundation of digital trials. Together, the elluminate platform and digital data services give clients self-service access to all their data from one centralized location plus advanced analytics that help them make smarter, faster business decisions. 

OVERVIEW

As an eLearning Content Developer, you will create powerful and comprehensive eLearnings for the elluminate platform that train users on its capabilities and help them to rapidly adopt their processes to maximize the value elluminate delivers. The ability to work with and gather information effectively from SMEs, other team members, and potentially external clients to ensure eLearning modules are strategically aligned with learning and development initiatives is imperative.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop self-paced eLearning storyboards, courseware, online tutorials, and assessments
• Connect with the Product team to ensure you have a strong understanding of the functionality 
• Work closely with and nurture relationships with the internal stakeholders and SMEs 
• Design and deliver evaluations of the training and then analyze that data to incorporate user feedback during the updates of the content
• Prepare content so it is ready to be shared on our Learning Management System

Education & Experience

• At least 3-5 years’ experience developing eLearning, preferred 
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, Data Reporting, and Project Coordination 
• Ability to gather information in an efficient and productive manner, and translate that into eLearning 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills 
• Strong project and time management skills 
• Process feedback effectively and adjust to provide high-quality products within project timeline
