To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Engineer – Process located in Bangalore, Bingipura.

What a typical day looks like:

• Receive, interpret, analyze and scrub product documentation received from customer for engineering changes, Deviations or NPI.
• Taking Lead to establish and manage new repair projects such as NPI (New Product Implementation) & TPI (Transfer Product Implementation) with in stipulated period.
• Taking Lead on analyzing ECO/ECN, PWN, Deviation, MEM and Implementation which are customer driven or raised internally
• Involving in maintenance of BOM, AML/AVL in BAAN ERP, SOP, WI, Procedures Preparation for Production support
• Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, evaluate and manage the various functions which includes Testing, Execution, Quality, Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality and Logistics in the organization.
• To conduct Cycle Time study and setup the capability targets for Repair Lines.
• To drive the CIP Continuous Improvement Projects through VSM (Value Stream Mapping) to reduce OPEX.
• Review the existing Process and deploying New and Revised Processes as and when required
• Driving & mentoring the Improvement Projects threw DMAIC approach.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and communication Engineering with 3- 5 Years of experience
• Good knowledge on process Engineering
•  Knowledge on Lean manufacturing concepts
• Knowledge on Project management
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player, open to learn and knowledge transfer
• Who has handled routers, switches.
• Having Test Equipments maintenance, scripting knowledge.
