Engineer / Senior Engineer – Design (Electrical & Instrumentation)

Designs electrical and instrumentation systems for process industries, including SLDs, cable trays, transformer and cable sizing, PCC/MCC schemes, lighting, and lightning protection. Selects PLC/DCS automation systems and electrical equipment, prepares GA and layout drawings in AutoCAD, reviews vendor drawings and documents, conducts vendor inspections, and visits customer sites for meetings and troubleshooting.
1. Should have experience in Electrical Engineering – Design and process industries preferably
from Steel /Power /Cement.
2. Should be familiar in SLD preparation, Cable tray routing, Transformer sizing, Cable sizing,
PCC/MCC Schemes, Lighting system design, Lightning protection etc.
3. Should be familiar in selection of Automation system (PLC/DCS), Electrical Bought outs(HT
Board /MCC/PCC and other support equipment).
4. GA / Layout drawings using AutoCAD.
5. Reviewing of BOI drawings / documents (Bag filter, Lube systems, Hydraulic system, HAG,
Gas Analyzers, etc.
6. Visit vendor place for BOI inspection.
7. Visit customer place for meeting/troubleshooting any specfic issues
Qualifications - Diploma / BE - EEE & Instrumentation with AutoCAD knowledge would be added
advantage
