To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Engineer – Testing located in Bangalore, Bingipura.

What a typical day looks like:

• Maintenance, HW and SW level troubleshooting of Tester’s issues which tests Routers and Switches functionalities.
• Commissioning of new test setup for switches and routers.
• Interpret Test event logs and troubleshoot Testers/Products SW level and HW level Issues.
• Interpret Manufacturing Test plan and procedures of Routers/Switches and prepare Test line requirements /Ensure readiness of requirements, Complete Validation and qualify the Test Line as per NPI timeline.
• Maintaining 0 downtime at the repair shop floor for Testers/FA shop floor.
• Responsible for Preventive maintenance /AMC for Testers, Equipments and Spares.
• Responsible for Productivity of Testing team.
• Documentation of Testers information, Defining Test Work instruction, Test Procedures for production Line
• Tester Capacity Calculation and Utilization Monitoring.
• Debug Bench Setup and support Production team on Debug Bench training.
• Drive cost reduction projects in the repair shop floor from Test Engineering team.
• Collaborate with CFT/Customer for taking Support, NPI.
• Responsible for maintaining Test Equipments and Spares Assets.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electronics and communication with 3- 5 years’ experience in EMS, Engineering repair operations..
• Bench Programming Tools Knowledge (Dediprog, Lattice, Superpro blaster,LT powerplay, JTAG etc.)
• Good knowledge in CCNA, networking concepts and Burnin hot Chambers Knowledge.
• Experience in C++, Python scripts is preferred.
• Hands On experience with Linux (Cent OS) based systems
• Knowledge and experience on MS office tools.
• Excellent communication skills/Interpersonal skills.
• Team player, open to learn and knowledge transfer.
