- Good computer handling/operating skills
- Knowledge on MS Office products (Excel and Word), Adobe PDF
- Basic AutoCAD skills
- Good communication skills (English) and basic engineering understandings.
- Exposure to PLM would be added advantage.
Job description:
- Loading sales order and other documents from source to Windchill-OEPDMS.
- Status update of customer documents in OE PDMS
- Preparation of documents packages to be sent to suppliers
- Download the existing PDF procedures from ERP system and convert them to MS word
- Recreate the tables/graphs, review the newly created documents
