Lead ArisInfra’s engineering strategy, organization scaling, platform re-architecture, cloud-native infrastructure, AI integration, and product delivery. Responsibilities include modernizing backend and frontend systems, building scalable and resilient architectures, establishing DevOps and reliability practices, deploying ML capabilities, partnering with executives, and hiring and developing engineering leaders.
We are looking for a Engineering Leader to lead the next phase of ArisInfra’s technology evolution. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for scaling our engineering organization, re-architecting systems for national growth, embedding AI-driven intelligence into our platform, and building a resilient, high-performance technology foundation. You will work closely with the executive team and play a central role in shaping ARIS into a category-defining infra-tech platform.
What You’ll Do
1. Engineering Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Transition and scale the current MVP architecture into a robust, modular, and enterprise-grade platform.
- Establish engineering best practices across architecture, security, DevOps, QA, and reliability.
- Drive a tech-first culture that prioritizes innovation, speed, ownership, and accountability.
- Partner with Product, Finance, Supply, and Operations leaders to deliver measurable business impact.
2. Platform Architecture & Scalability
- Architect systems for high availability, scalability, and resilience.
- Lead modernization of backend and frontend systems.
- Drive cloud-native infrastructure (AWS preferred).
- Ensure strong data infrastructure for real-time visibility, reporting, and analytics.
- Implement robust DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring frameworks.
3. AI & Data Intelligence
At ARIS, technology is not just about digitization - it is about intelligence. You will lead the integration of AI and advanced
analytics across the platform, including:
- Predictive demand forecasting and supply optimization.
- AI-driven pricing intelligence and margin optimization.
- Intelligent credit underwriting and risk modeling for embedded finance.
- Automation of procurement workflows using AI-led orchestration.
- Leveraging GenAI to improve internal productivity, decision-making, and customer experience.
- Building scalable ML pipelines and production-ready model deployment frameworks.
- Your mandate is to make ARIS not just tech-enabled - but intelligence-driven
What You’ll Do
1. Product Engineering & Delivery
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Deliver high-quality, secure, and performant products on schedule.
- Design intuitive user experiences for complex procurement and financing workflows.
- Ensure strong alignment between product roadmap and engineering execution.
- Introduce metrics-driven engineering processes to track velocity, reliability, and business impact.
2. Team Building & Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performing engineering team.
- Hire, mentor, and develop strong technical leaders.
- Establish a culture of technical excellence and first-principles thinking.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and transparency.
- Create succession and leadership depth within the engineering organization.
What We’re Looking For
1. Technical Expertise
- Strong computer science fundamentals and system design expertise.
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, with significant leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade systems in:
- Backend: Java, Node.js, or equivalent
- Frontend: React or modern frameworks
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
- Cloud-native experience (AWS preferred).
- Exposure to data platforms, analytics systems, and ML deployment frameworks.
- Full-stack experience is a plus.
2. Leadership Experience
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience scaling products from MVP to large-scale production systems.
- Experience working closely with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical execution.
