Roles and Responsibilities
The Engineering Quality Leader - Stop Work & Customer Experience will be responsible for:
· Owning, governing, executing the Quality Stop Work process across the Gas Power Engineering organization and aligned with the total Gas Power process.
- Developing and executing the Gas Power Engineering customer experience strategy.
- Owning the Gas Power Engineering leading indicator dashboards to allow the full team to understand where we might be going off track to allow for action to adjust proactively.
Required
- Bachelors degree in a technical field such as engineering, science, math
- Significant experience in a technical, process improvement, or quality role
- Relevant/proven experience in direct or indirect leadership
Desired characteristics
- Strong Quality experience, including knowledge of industry tools and processes (ex: APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planning)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to report out to Senior Leadership regularly
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience at influencing cross functional teams
- Proven ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
- Technical knowledge of Gas Power products and processes
- Cross functional experience, including Engineering
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Familiar with lean, statistics, six sigma, quality assurance & quality control and other quality concepts
- Ability to communicate requirements and facilitate good practice-sharing in a motivating, engaging way.
- Committed to process improvement

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $131,700.00 and $219,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
