What We'll Bring:

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned strategy and operations analyst who will engage with global and cross-functional teams throughout TransUnion to drive operational M&A due diligence and integration coordination with operational experts and special projects related to TU’s Global Capability Centers.

• Assist in planning and coordination of projects in global cross functional setting

• Support execution of strategic initiatives / global programs, including managing stakeholder communication, tracking deliverables and ensuring timelines are met
• Support coordination of M&A due diligence and integration planning with Global Operations SMEs
• Assist in gathering and analyzing data or feedback for projects to enable informed decision making
• Maintain and update project trackers, risk logs and dashboards ensuring accuracy and visibility to all stakeholders
• Help develop playbooks

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
