You'll Get To:
- Engage with target customers and business operations teams to develop a keen understanding of customer goals and challenges
- Own delivery of products, services and enhancements according to the product roadmap
- Act as Product Owner on agile development teams, writing user stories and prioritizing backlog items
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering to define features, balancing customer needs with technical and operational constraints, and plan release timelines.
- Drive launch readiness across cross-functional teams including business operations, engineering, and other cross-functional teams as applicable.
- Communicate product plans, release updates, and value propositions to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for your product area.
You'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Technical or analytical degrees (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics) are a plus but not mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably with enterprise solutions and application platforms such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to take products from concept through development to successful launch.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and gathering feedback from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, with a track record of working effectively across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel, including international trips as needed.
