- Data Collection and Management:
- Own the collection and completeness of sustainability data across various platforms.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data management.
- Focus on ESG process improvements with collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Collaborate with site data collection process including working directly with site leaders to ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
- Drive system improvements including new module additions for Scope 3 emissions and project tracking and management.
- Audit Preparation and Support:
- Prepare for internal and external audits of ESG and EHS data, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Assist in conducting audits and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive and own corrective actions and process improvements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze sustainability and EHS data to generate insights for internal and external projects and programs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations based on data analyses to support decision-making.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of ESG and EHS initiatives.
- Communicate audit findings, data analyses, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, auditing, or sustainability reporting, preferably within an ESG or EHS context.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards is a plus (e.g., CSDR, GRI, SASB, CDP).
