We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of events for one of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution that aligns with the client's mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including conferences, workshops, high-level meetings, and outreach initiatives aligned with client's objectives.
- · Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Liaise with EU institutions, international partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage event logistics, contracts, and deliverables.
- Conduct venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor management with an emphasis on sustainability and EU compliance.
- Oversee event marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the communication team.
- Manage onsite event setup, troubleshooting, and post-event wrap-up, including reporting and impact analysis.
- Ensure all events comply with EU regulatory guidelines and procurement policies.
- Track event success metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance event strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
