Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant will be providing administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role demands excellent communication, time management, and discretion in handling confidential information. What You Will Do:
Leadership Support: Manage day-to-day schedules, meetings, travel, and communication for senior leaders (Founders / CXOs).
Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, internal communications, and presentation materials.
Meeting & Calendar Management: Coordinate leadership calendars, prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-through on next steps.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Partner with internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing) to support leadership priorities.
Data & Reporting: Assist with compiling reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership reviews or board meetings.
Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with integrity and absolute confidentiality.
Event & Travel Management: Plan and coordinate business travel, offsites, and leadership events efficiently.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced organization (preferably fintech, tech, or startup).
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ownership.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, calendar management tools, and project tracking systems
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
