Working directly with the SVP of Engineering and Managing Director India, you will provide comprehensive executive support across a complex global engineering organization with significant go-to-market functions. This strategic role requires exceptional organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to navigate multiple timezones across India, US, and Europe.
What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars, prioritizing critical meetings and ensuring effective time management across global timezones
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements with detailed itineraries, considering timezone transitions
- Prepare briefing materials for leadership meetings, board presentations, and external engagements
- Facilitate communication between engineering and GTM executive functions globally
- Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and leadership summits
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for strategic initiatives and special projects
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve potential issues before they arise
This role requires
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in technology organizations
- Demonstrated success working in global organizations spanning US, India, and Europe
- Experience supporting engineering leadership and understanding of technical terminology
- Proven ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience managing confidential information and sensitive situations
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Flexibility to occasionally work non-standard hours to accommodate global meetings
Bonus points if you have
- Experience in both engineering and large Global Capability Center environments in India
- Knowledge of engineering processes and software development cycles
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives between product, engineering, and sales
- Background working in multinational technology companies
- Understanding of cultural differences in business communication across regions
