Executive – Employee Relations Operations

(Based at MAS Linea Intimo - Biyagama)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining MAS Linea Intimo as an Executive – Employee Relations Operations based at Biyagama. To recruit, select and retain employees in worker categories in order to fulfil organisational manpower requirements and reduce turnover and absenteeism in order to ensure organizational requirements are met in an effective manner.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain absenteeism and employee turnover (ETO/LTO) within the approved budget and organizational targets. 
  • Maintain the turnover rate of employees with less than three months of service below the established target. 
  • Achieve the budgeted absenteeism target through proactive workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives. 
  • Prepare and analyze the daily absenteeism forecast report to support operational manpower planning. 
  • Monitor absenteeism trends and provide timely reports and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives to minimize absenteeism and labour turnover while ensuring adequate manpower availability. 
  • Handle employee grievances and ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduates in Human Resources, Business Management or any other qualification in a relevant field / Professional - Fully Qualified.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, and IT literacy skills with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
