- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances.
- To work closely with HRBP and employees to improve relationships, build highly motivated & engaged workforce, increase productivity & retaining talents.
- Responsible for seamless execution of onboarding and offboarding process flow.
- Provide MIS support for HR trend analytics.
- Drive engagement initiatives for the region.
- Partner with HRBP to drive talent management initiatives.
- Support the L&D team for training accomplishments.
- Responsible in conducting regular vendor audits to ensure labor compliance.
- Responsible for statutory compliance.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Must be a Post graduate sprecialised in the field of Human Resource
- Should posses good analytical and communication skills
- To be familiar with statutory compliance regulations
