Supply chain Systems is currently looking for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Functional Analyst to join their Functional team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology..

As SAP EWM Functional Analyst, performs research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design. Consults with customers to clarify and refine requirements. Interprets and translates requirements into functional specifications. Develops and executes tests to validate system functionality against specifications.

Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for requirements gathering, handling workshops with business, development of functional design, functional and UAT test scripts, and assisting with training development.
• Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests
• Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems

• Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues
• Ability to handle and lead the development of WRICEF objects independently in collaboration with ABAP team
• Hands on experience as functional consultant on SAP EWM functions(Warehouse structure ,Inventory management ,Inbound and outbound process, Internal warehouse process, Warehouse monitor, Resource management ,PP and QM integration etc. ) and Advanced (Inbound /Outbound Optimization, Value added service, Kitting , Cross docking , wave , Shipping and receiving etc.)
• Must have strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processes and best practices.
• Familiar with Supply Chain business models, and Fiori UI
• Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager
• Understanding of business functionalities in Aerospace and Defense industry would be an added advantage
• Relevant SAP Certifications in SAP EWM is an added advantage
• Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills

Required Skills/Experience:

• 8-12 years of experience in SAP as functional analyst and should have minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP- Extended Warehouse Management.
• Any SAP functional certification mandatory.

• Candidate should have done minimum 1-2 EWM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge in SAP EWM with strong integration experience with SAP logistics, MM, GTS and SAP TM.
• Experience of S/4 HANA and should be well aware of the S/4HANA road-map, aware of differences between various releases and new innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA release
• In depth knowledge of SAP module specific User exits, batch jobs and standard SAP reports.
• Familiar with Supply Chain business models, and Fiori UI.
• Exposure to SAP EWM MFS (material handling systems) and its integration with 3rd party automation systems.
• Exposure to Labor management, Yard management, Dock appointment scheduling etc.
• Understanding of business functionalities in Aerospace and Defense industry would be an added advantage
• Relevant SAP Certifications in SAP EWM is an added advantage.
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skill.

• Related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
