Key Responsibilities

Research and implement state-of-the-art LLM and generative AI techniques for automotive applications

Design and develop custom AI models tailored to specific business needs
-
Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for domain-specific applications
-
Create internal tools that leverage generative AI for engineering documentation, knowledge management, and technical assistance
-
Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation
-
Develop processes to evaluate model performance and ensure quality of outputs
-
Stay current with the latest developments in generative AI research and recommend new approaches
-
Document research findings, methodologies, and implementations for knowledge sharing
Qualifications Required
-
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
-
Strong hands-on experience in machine learning research or development
-
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX)
-
Experience working with transformer-based models and large language models
-
Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques
-
Proven track record of implementing and optimizing ML/AI models
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred skills:
-
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Familiarity with automotive industry terminology, processes, or challenges

Background in developing enterprise AI solutions

Experience with vector databases and semantic search
-
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
-
Experience with multimodal AI systems (text-to-image, image-to-text)
