Responsible for corporate finance tasks including financial reporting and audit support, treasury and cash flow management, managing accounting for subsidiaries, FP&A (budgets and reforecasts), and ensuring statutory compliance (GST, TDS, advance tax, MCA). Coordinate external vendors and provide adhoc financial analyses.
Experience: Post CA, 3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting and reporting.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Position Summary: The candidate will be part of the Corporate Finance function. There will be three main aspects of the role (a) Financial Reporting (b) Financial Planning and Analysis/ Budgeting (FP&A) (c) Statutory compliances
Primary responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the auditors
- Manage day to day treasury functions including banking transactions, working capital management and cash flow projections
- Management of all sister concerns and subsidiaries of Sigmoid Inc, across various geographies like, India, US, Peru and others
- Coordinating with accounting vendors for locations outside India to ensure accuracy of books and proper
- Manage the relationships with our key G&A vendors including – lawyers, tax advisors, bankers, payroll and benefits providers
- FP&A
- Assist in annual/ quarterly consolidated budgets for the India and US
- Assist monthly/ quarterly reforecast.
- Support in any adhoc analysis as may be required from time to time.
- Statutory Compliances
- Ensuring timely filing of GST and TDS returns.
- Advance tax filings and other statutory filings
- MCA compliances for the private limited company and LLP
- Other regular compliances and filings ,mandatory for the company.
