Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations
Perform day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
Record, verify, and reconcile financial transactions.
Assist in month-end accounting activities and preparation of accounting schedules.
Ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Intercompany Accounting & Billing
Process intercompany cross charges and billing transactions accurately and on time.
Reconcile intercompany balances and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain supporting documentation for intercompany transactions.
Internal Audit Support
Provide cross-functional support during internal audits.
Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and required financial information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of audit queries.
Assist in implementing recommendations arising from audit observations.
Accounting Controls & Compliance
Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
Support adherence to internal financial controls and compliance requirements.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
Support ad hoc finance and accounting assignments as required.
Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
MBA (Finance) preferred.
0–3 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or audit support.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also apply.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in finance operations.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proactive approach with ownership of assigned tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
