Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite, 5 days a week)
Reports To: Head of Finance Accounting
Key Relationships: Finance Team, Operations Team, Sales Team
What you'll do:
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable professionals.
- Exceptional Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Skills
- Driving the accurate and timely processing of invoices and month-end closure
- Ensure timely posting and allocation of customer/vendor payments to outstanding accounts with bank accounts reconciliation completed daily by the team
- Define, monitor and improve upon relevant KPIs
Who you are:
- At least 5 years leading a finance team
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance and accounting (Tech industry experience preferred)
- Experience in working in a global company with international footprint and
- experience in month end closure/reconciliations/FS preparations
- Experience with MS Dynamics
- Studying towards or qualified AAT / ACCA or CIMA preferable
