About the role:
As the Finance Lead at Zamp, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving Zamp's financial operations and initiatives. You will lead key financial functions, including partnerships, contracts, product analytics, and full-fledged FP&A, while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across global markets. Your expertise in financial strategy, pricing, and entity operations will directly influence Zamp's growth trajectory and market positioning in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with Zamp's long-term business objectives and market positioning.
- Lead the FP&A function, driving budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess performance, evaluate new business opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee partnerships and contracts, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow management across global operations.
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities to support Zamp’s strategic growth.
- Assess and optimize Zamp's corporate structure for operational efficiency and compliance across international markets.
- Evaluate tax implications and implement strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Qualifications & Skill Set Required :
- 5–8 years of experience in a Business finance Management role, preferably in a high-growth or fintech environment.
- Strong experience in FP&A, partnerships, contracts (AP, AR), product analytics, and entity operations.
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive innovative financial solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
