Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented finance professional. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in FP&A, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost assessments, and profitability evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create bottom-up budgets and annual operating plans, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to Investors & senior leadership, delivering critical financial insights and performance metrics.
- Sales reporting and helping the Founder with any ad-hoc analysis.
- Develop and evaluate business cases for various initiatives, providing recommendations for investment decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- CA qualified with 4+ years of experience in finance in a growth stage companies.
- Should have worked directly with the Founder or the leadership team.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage cross-functional teams.
