Responsibilities:

1. Creation and maintenance of risk control matrix for corporate function

2. Driving IFC audit & supporting statutory audit for the Indian legal entity

3. Local Policy and Process documentation

4. Performing Root Cause analysis for issues identified by auditors and remediating the same within the timelines

5. Look for opportunities and drive continuous Process Improvement

6. Collaborate with the broader finance team (accounting, tax, treasury etc.) to ensure India Hub transactions are accurately and timely recorded.

7. Manage/reviewing critical finance operations & lead finance projects



Requirements:

· A qualified chartered accountant with 7 + years of experience in Finance processes & Internal audit.

· Experience in Internal audit and S4 Hana is an added advantage

· The candidate needs to be an effective individual contributor

· Experience interacting with an executive leadership team.

· Demonstrated ability to accept and drive rapid change.

· Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

· High energy, proactive, solutions-oriented contributor.

· Possesses an intellectual curiosity and a “hunger for knowledge.”
