Maintain dashboards and schedules for key financial indicators relevant to the business

Payables, Reimbursements & Vendor Management

Review and process employee reimbursement claims in line with company policy, flagging exceptions

Manage the vendor payment calendar; ensure timely disbursements and maintain healthy supplier relationships

Maintain proper documentation and approval trails for all payment transactions

Cash Flow & Banking

Monitor daily cash positions and prepare short-term cash flow forecasts to flag liquidity gaps early

Manage banking operations including fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and liaison with banking partners

Coordinate with the leadership on deployment of funds in line with the approved financial plan

Audit & Internal Controls

Lead statutory audit preparation — prepare audit schedules, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely closure

Support internal audits and implement recommendations to strengthen financial controls

Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core finance processes and ensure adherence

Identify and escalate any control gaps, policy violations, or financial irregularities

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter qualified

Minimum 2 years of post-articleship experience in a finance/accounts role

Prior experience in a startup, manufacturing, or MedTech company is an advantage

Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, PF, and other statutory compliances

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent) and MS Excel

Hands-on experience preparing MIS and financial reports for leadership review

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with limited hand-holding

What We Offer

Opportunity to build and shape the finance function at a funded, high-growth MedTech startup

Direct exposure to leadership and strategic business decisions
