Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end finance transformation projects, from initial assessment and roadmap development through to implementation and post-deployment optimization.
- Lead the redesign and reengineering of core financial processes to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve accuracy in financial data management.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation goals, secure buy-in, and facilitate smooth adoption of new systems.
- Oversee the integration and utilization of enterprise resource planning platforms, specifically SAP and Oracle, to streamline financial operations.
- Direct advanced financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including the development of robust budgeting frameworks and dynamic forecasting models.
- Utilize business intelligence tools like Power BI to generate actionable insights, visualize financial performance, and support data-driven decision-making at the executive level.
- Mentor and guide finance teams in adopting new methodologies and technologies, ensuring high levels of competency and engagement throughout the transformation journey.
