What you will do:
Invoicing Management
- Prepare, validate, and process customer invoicing packages in alignment with contract terms and internal financial governance.
- Coordinate with CPMs, Contract Controllers, and Delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice submission.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to maintain clean and compliant financial execution.
Cost Management & Financial Controls
- Monitor project cost structures, track expenditures, and flag variances to relevant stakeholders.
- Support CPMs and Finance teams with cost reconciliations and month-end close activities.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports covering variance analyses, profitability metrics, and forecasting inputs.
- Maintain data integrity within financial systems and ensure alignment with corporate accounting standards.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for program leadership.
Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize workflows and reporting tools.
- Identify and implement process improvements across invoicing, cost management, and financial reporting.
Order-to-Cash & HCP Operations
- Validate local currency (LC) capabilities to meet HCP business requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding in HCP systems, including banking setup, currency configuration, and local contract alignment.
- Support Order Management teams with escalations and continuous improvements to the order-to-cash (OTC) process.
- Enable efficient PO processing, invoicing workflows, and end-to-end financial compliance.
The skills you bring:
- Strong communication and ability to provide concise, structured responses across global teams.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, cross functional delivery- capable of managing multiple currencies, quantities, and complex financial elements.
- Experience in risk identification, escalation handling, and timely issue resolution.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and adherence to SLA
- Hands-on in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Ericsson financial processes, controls, and managed services portfolio.
- Financial operations, project support, or business analysis is preferred.
- Flexibility to work across global time zones and manage high-volume program rollouts.
