The Financial Research Analyst processes financial data accurately, meets tight deadlines, and provides analysis as per project requests, developing subject-matter expertise.
Position Overview:
- Process data and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge
- Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes under tight deadlines with quality and excellence.
- Will work within parameters and with supervision to ensure quality and performance to set standards.
- Build subject-matter expertise towards various workflow and processes of the dataset
- Provide data and analysis based on various project owners’ requests.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation: M. Com / PGDM/ MBA (Any stream with Finance / Accountancy as major subject).
- Effective communication skill (written & verbal)
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-task and ability to prioritize.
- The candidate must have a positive attitude towards work and environment/culture of the team
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
Shift Flexibility:
Must be willing to work night shifts 1-2 days per week based on business requirements.
