Role Overview
Unifize is an infinitely configurable platform that enables businesses to streamline their processes, checklists, and compliance needs.
As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, configuring the Unifize platform to meet those needs, and collaborating with the platform team to enhance functionality for your customer base. The expectation is you become the vertical lead over a period of time and get super comfortable with the domain. You should be vocalising the user needs for your domain ICPs.
This role requires a proactive, smart, and execution-driven individual who can quickly learn the domain and drive impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Configuration: Understand customer requirements and configure the Unifize platform to align with their business processes.
- Domain & Product Learning: Learn and use the vocabulary of the domain to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaboration with Platform Team: Advocate for customer needs by working closely with the platform team to push for necessary product enhancements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between customers, internal teams, and developers, ensuring seamless implementation and product evolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to drive continuous product refinement.
- Strong demonstrable interest in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong ability to understand and map customer workflows into a configurable platform.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and execution-driven mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
