About the role:
We’re hiring a founding engineer to join us in shaping the next generation of consumer app infrastructure. This will be an in-person role in Bangalore. We are also happy to facilitate work-trials or internships so we can mutually establish a strong fit. We’re flexible on compensation and are willing to pay top of band for the right person. We’re looking for someone who’s hungry to grow and be as AI-native as possible.
Level Mapping: Head of Engineering / Principal level IC
What are we looking for:
Strong understanding of backend architecture, statistics, data engineering, and MLOps
Modern JavaScript ( TS, NodeJS, React), Kotlin, grasp of ML/ LLMs (preferably in production)
Experience doing 0-1 journeys in Seed - Series B companies ( post 2021)
Potential background in: Infra type B2B SaaS, scaled consumer tech apps, credit underwriting, lending, HFT/algo trading
Flexible on criteria for former tech founders / founding engineers
