The RoleWe’re looking for a stellar founding SDR to help us shape and redefine demand generation in the AI era. We’re looking for someone who is:
• Exceptionally sharp and resourceful
• Has a proven track record of beating quota / targets consistently
• Communicates clearly and confidently (written + verbal)
• Deeply fluent with AI tools - uses AI to work 10x faster and better, is hands-on with modern AI workflows, and is comfortable with vibecoding
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events).
- Identify, research, and qualify high-potential leads across global markets.
- Craft personalized outbound messaging that consistently drives response & conversation.
- Work closely with founders and sales leadership to refine ICPs and outreach strategy.
- Schedule and run intro calls to uncover needs, pain points, and use cases.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track pipeline metrics with discipline.
- Consistently exceed monthly outreach & SQL targets - standard here is high.
- 2–3 years of SDR / BDR experience in a SaaS / technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding lead gen / SQL targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to deeply understand customer pain-points and tailor conversations.
- Comfortable with rapid testing + iteration across messaging and outreach channels.
- Experience with CRM / sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).
- Experience selling to product, engineering, founder, or CTO personas.
- Exposure to early-stage startups and high-velocity sales environments.
- Understanding of developer workflows, SaaS ecosystems, or AI tooling.
- Build next-gen tools for 1B+ creators.
- Work with a high-caliber, maker-first team.
