Freelance UI/UX Designer
This is an hourly-based freelance position.
Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital product, web, and mobile app design projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing strategists, and clients to translate complex user requirements and business objectives into seamless digital experiences.
- Develop, adhere to, and maintain comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and style guides for FyerX and various clients, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Prepare user journeys and rough layouts, present creative UX concepts to stakeholders, and effectively incorporate feedback and usability testing data to refine designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, emerging design methodologies, micro-interactions, and digital platforms to provide innovative product solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a robust portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual interface execution for complex web and mobile platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard UI/UX tools, particularly Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, alongside a solid understanding of handoff processes for development teams.
- Excellent visual communication skills; strong understanding of layout principles, information architecture, responsive design grids, typography, and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Strategic thinking and user empathy; ability to take a product brief from basic concept to a polished, functional prototype while ensuring it aligns perfectly with user needs and brand goals.
- Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple design pipelines simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote engineering and marketing teams.
