The ideal candidate should have the below traits:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience on any JavaScript library like either AngularJS/ExtJS/JQuery, with special focus on thorough knowledge of widgets
2. The Javascript library is written in ExtJS. If the candidate has knowledge of ExtJS, it would be a great plus. If not, he should be ready to learn and pickup ExtJS
3. Should have good skills on CSS/HTML
4. Should be aware of the industry best practices
5. Should have good understanding of working with web-services through JSON/XML
6. It would be good to have some experience in a tool like Grunt/Gulp/Bower/NPM
