About the Role
We are looking for a front-end developer with strong expertise in React.js and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)to join our team. This role involves building and optimizing digital experiences, ensuring seamless website functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain React-based applications, ensuring best UI/UX practices.
- Configure, build, and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages.
- Utilize AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and HTML/CSS to automate data management and enhance workflows.
- Implement and manage REST and SOAP API integrations between SFMC and external systems.
- Ensure seamless data synchronization between SFMC, CRM systems, and other platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain optimal website functionality.
- Work with Digital Marketing teams to optimize content for SEO, web performance, and accessibility.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product owners to enhance user experience.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in React.js and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including:
- Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages
- AMPscript, SQL, SSJS
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+ features).
- Experience integrating Salesforce APIs (REST & SOAP) with external systems.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM EDS Architecture).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot/debug efficiently.
- Ability to work in agile environments, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Vue.js as an alternative front-end framework.
- Understanding of SEO, Web Performance Optimizations, and Web Accessibility.
- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket for version control.
- Experience with Analytics & Reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Marketing Suite).
- Familiarity with Attentive (SMS Marketing) and marketing automation strategies.
