The role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using a variety of technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Exposure to Java and Python is a plus.


  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using AngularJS, C#, and .NET.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
  • Work with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases to design and optimize queries.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks as needed.


What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in AngularJS, C#, and .NET.
  • Experience with JSON and RESTful API development.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
  • Basic experience with Python for scripting and automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
  • Exposure to Java and Python is a plus.
