Location/Division Specific Information

Full Stack Lead Developer III, based out of our Bangalore location, plays a key role in Developing applications for Digital Marketing organization that provide the right recommendations and seamless experience to customers, enabling the right lead management to Business customers enabling them to concert maximum leads to orders.

What will you do?

• Lead, own, Develop and deliver Enterprise Web solutions related to Digital Marketing.
• Hire, mentor, train and direct engineers, Testers to deliver the Web solutions
• Supervise the sprint progress, goals and ensure to remove blockers for the team to optimally achieve Sprint Goals
• Lead the Team and advise them with best possible solutions and industry leading practices
• Ensure Optimized, scalable and balanced design for Web applications
• Actively participate in providing Technical mentorship during Feature planning
• Should be able to remove Technical blockers for the team

How will you get here?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science with at least 6+ years of Professional IT Development experience.

• 6+ years of strong Java & J2EE working experience in building Enterprise-wide Web Applications taking them through all phases of Agile project lifecycle.
• Proven experience in crafting scalable and robust Web Applications.
• 5+ years’ experience with web 2.0 technologies including use of OO JavaScript, Ajax, JS libraries (e.g., Java Script/jQuery/DOJO/ etc.) Bootstrap, Angular or React, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, and strong understanding of browser compatibility issues.
• 3+ years’ experience with frameworks like spring, hibernate, jpa and databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL
• Proven Experience of Cloud-based applications using AWS.
• Working experience in AEM 6.0+ implementation is desirable.
• Experience in Micro services development and deployment with CICD.
• Having Certifications like Oracle Certified Master Java Enterprise Architect is desirable.
• Experience using Agile software development methodologies.
• Shows interest around Quality and QA process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to effectively detail artifacts and processes, then explain them to others.
• Experience using GIT and issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams is a plus.
• Exposure to developing multi-tier, scalable, and browser-based applications.
• Ability to deal well with sophisticated use cases and ambiguous problems.
• Proactive and ability to learn quickly.
• Experience to lead and mentor other developers

• Ability to work with multi-functional teams from multiple regions/ time zones by effectively using multi-form communication (Email, MS Teams for voice and chat, meetings)

• Communicates Effectively: Provide timely and consistent updates and recommendations on issues and improvements to customers.
