Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications across the full stack (frontend, backend, database).
- Collaborate with support and manufacturing teams to deliver user-focused features with a high level of quality.
- Design and build reliable software to support/manage manufacturing floor activities with high yield and volume.
- Good debugging skills and attention to details are good to have strengths.
- The role may require some occasional travel to support manufacturing factory activities on a need-basis.
Qualifications:
- As a FullStack Developer, you should have strong analytical skills, a well-rounded understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills, quick learning and excitement for a collaborative startup environment are the most important things we're looking for.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Core skill set (must): Python/Java, Multi-threading, RDBMS, Data Modelling.
- Working Knowledge (must): JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent computer science fundamentals on data structures & algorithms.
- Expertise on performance tuning and optimizations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Confidence to both ask questions and take ownership of your project(s)
