The Problem We're Solving: Every Monday morning across 500,000 companies worldwide, revenue teams gather to answer three questions: Which deals will close? For how much? By when? This is solely based on the seller’s version of reality. Hence, revenue leaders spend more time inspecting deals than executing on them.
We're targeting the $2B+ forecasting market currently dominated by solutions that customers find disappointing due to their dependence on manual data hygiene.

What you'll get to do
- As a full-stack engineer, tackle a wide range of technical challenges: from designing powerful new integrations to scaling our real-time web service to hundreds of users
- You will play a crucial role in building VON, Rattle’s new product
- You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, using your skills in Node.js and React to create a seamless and intuitive user experience
- Build high-impact, end-user features that vastly improve user productivity
- Working in a small cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely to discuss the feasibility and direction of prototypes or planned product features
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
- You have a work experience of 4+ years as a full-stack engineer
- You have hands-on experience with Javascript, React JS
- You have working experience in NodeJs, Typescript in backend
- Strong knowledge of at least one relational database system
- Demonstrated fluency with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and client/server architectures
- You are passionate about great UX
- You have experience with maintaining backend microservices.
- Thrives in startup environments and excited about building 0→1 products
- Comfortable with early-stage startup chaos and quick decision-making
- Willing to wear multiple hats and tackle any technical challenge.
