● Skilled in SAP debugging.
● Skills in QM processes in an industrial context (9S process).
● Good Knowledge on Standard SAP QM process & configurations.
● Good knowledge on SAP QM Standard Notification Process (Specially Q3).
● Good knowledge on Service Notifications.
● Knowledge on Workflow creations.
● Good Knowledge on Job monitoring & regular daily monitoring.
● Good Knowledge on SAP QM Inspection Process.
● Good Knowledge on SAP QM Audit Process.
● Procurement Process, Production Order Process, MM Process.
● Cross Domain functional Knowledge in different SAP Modules like PP, MM, PM.
● Knowledge on Different Interfaces (MES/ IDOC’S/ RFC’S).
● Familiar with Charm Process and Solution Manager.
● Worked on UI5 applications (Fiori Launchpad).
● Good problem solving and analytical skills.
● Customer facing skill. Worked with European customers.
● Good communication skills.
● Quality Decision Maker
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
● Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a Can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
● Experience in Implementation and Support Projects.

SAP MM --> >=2

Good to Have:
● Knowledge on S4 Hana
● Knowledge on Automated Testing using CBTA / TOSCA
Responsibilities
● Provide best in class level of service to Airbus customers /End User’s
● Understand business processes and technical/Functional architecture of Airbus Quality application’s portfolio
● Design, customize, configure and testing of the module
● Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
● Collaborate with teams from other SAP modules to deliver business Requirements effectively
● Perform deep root cause analysis and performance improvement
● Identify and propose service improvement
● Document functional designs, test cases and results
● Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
● Provide consulting on both new implementations and existing support projects
● Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
● Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
