Job Summary:
As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you play a crucial role in fund servicing operations.
You execute routine transactions, collaborate with teams, and apply your expertise to ensure smooth operations.
You also identify process improvement opportunities and build strong relationships to influence positive outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:

• Execute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and boost efficiency
• Stay vigilant about cybersecurity, detecting threats and deploying safeguards
• Utilize active listening and questioning to address client needs
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using innovation and design thinking
• Analyze transaction data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records
• Support audit and compliance activities as required
• Participate in team meetings and share process updates
• Assist in training new team members and supporting their development
