Job Summary
As an FX Operations Team Leader within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the FX trade lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure timely settlements and enhance client satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

• Manage FX trade lifecycle in operations.
• Handle confirmations, settlements, and post-settlements.
• Address SWIFTs and Nostro breaks efficiently.
• Meet timelines and service delivery standards.
• Escalate issues to mitigate settlement risks.
• Interact with clients and internal partners.
• Use Microsoft Office for BAU activities.
• Prepare and publish reports as needed.
• Comply with policies and controls.
• Adapt to currency cut-off driven environment.
• Deliver comprehensive support for FX products.

• Exhibit strong partnership abilities.
• Handle high complexity in product coverage.
• Shift workload with changing priorities.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills.

• Minimum 6 years in Investment Banking Operations.
• Experience in FX trade processing.
• Manage settlements and reconciliations.
