The General Manager - Marketing will lead user acquisition, optimize marketing efficiency, and collaborate across teams to drive growth at Seekho.
We’re hiring a strategic and hands-on General Manager – Marketing to own growth, performance marketing, and user acquisition for Seekho. You’ll lead user acquisition at scale, optimize marketing efficiency, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive high-quality demand.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale performance marketing across Google, Meta, and other channels
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, and key growth metrics using data-driven insights
- Run growth experiments across funnels, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative strategy and demand of high-performing ad assets
- Collaborate with category, content, and product teams to align demand with supply
- Build reporting dashboards and strengthen attribution & tracking
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
Requirements
- 5+ years in performance marketing/growth at high-growth startups or consumer businesses
- Experience managing large budgets and scaling acquisition campaigns
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets; SQL is a plus)
- Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, Appsflyer, and attribution tools
- 1st principles problem solving with strong ownership and execution ability
Good-to-Have
- Experience in content/media, consumer-tech, or ed-tech
- Team-building and management experience
- Understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing
