The role
We are looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to be a part of our corporate Human Resources team to ensure our payroll programs are facilitated effectively, using your knowledge and expertise to ensure compliance while providing rock star support to a diverse team of talent.
You will work closely cross-functionally with HR & Accounting leadership
- Process payrolls (semi-monthly and monthly) for over 500 employees in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.
- Calculate payroll components including, but not limited to, hourly, vacation, prorated pay, retro pay and more.
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Process post-payroll benefit funding reports and audits
- Institute, follow and audit tight process controls to ensure data integrity and minimize errors
- Continuously implement process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with government and tax regulations and process labor statistic filings
- Perform other HR and Payroll related projects and duties as assigned
- Maintain Payroll process documentation up to date
You have
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2 years of global payroll management experience
- A solid understanding of payroll processes and state, local and international laws pertaining to payroll administration
- High level of expertise in global payroll concepts
- Proficient in ADP CELERGO and disparate HRIS systems highly preferred
- India & US payroll knowledge highly preferred
