The Position
The Global Product Manager will be responsible to to ideate and drive the GLP-1 internal communication, and patient centric communication by building/enhancing the communication channels and platforms.
Some important tasks mentioned below:

  • Instrumental in formulation of the global portfolio tactical plans.
  • Key player for driving the internal communication and patient centric communication for the targeted group of HCPs and supporting the affiliates.
  • Development of assets for the internal audience and patients in line with the strategic objectives and liaison between teams and affiliates for formulation, implementation and feedback of the tactical plan.
  • Build materials/assets/tools that help drive implementation of the portfolio tactics and formulate engaging patient centric campaigns/communication and associated deliverables.
  • Develop metrics that help analyse the impact of the campaigns/communications/deliverables.


Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate degree in Pharma (B. Pharm), Science/Biotechnology (B.Sc), Engineering (B.Tech).
  • Master's Degree (preferably within Marketing) from a well-recognized institute.
  • 5+ years of overall experience preferably in the Pharmaceutical Marketing/Medical Affairs/Sales/Brand Management/Project Management, with at least 3+ years of experience in Product/brand marketing /management.
  • Experience within Diabetes therapy area is preferred.
  • Experience in brand strategy & tactical plan development and implementation.
  • Cycle material development and their application to maximise brand performance.
  • Strong collaboration with brand teams, affiliate teams and other internal stakeholders.

The Commercial, GBS unit, is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life Cycle Management of a product. In the Diabetes Commercial Unit, we are a passionate team helping 26+ million people with diabetes achieve better health through superior products and solutions. We drive the commercial strategy across a strong portfolio of both launch and life-cycle management products.
