Global Supply Chain Talent & Inclusion Specialist
Location: Poland & India / GCC
***12 months replacement contract****
Job Purpose:
Our Global Supply Chain (GSC) brings together our global manufacturing sites and supply chains, now covering approximately one third of GSK’s global workforce.
In this specialist role you will use your expertise in project management and HR to support talent, leadership and culture agenda within the Global Supply Chain organization.
Working as part of the GSC People and Organisational Effectiveness centre of excellence (PoE), you will provide coordination, project management, and operational support to the GSC Global Talent Lead and functional HRBLs, ensuring timely delivery against annual plans, and delivery of high-quality programs within the broader GSK talent strategy and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with global People Effectiveness Center of Excellence (CoE), HR Country Heads / HR Business Leads to ensure flow of information and timely communication on enterprise-wide programs and initiatives

Executing and coordinating delivery of plans programs that foster inclusive workplace

Works with GSC PoE team and GSC HR community to ensure timely and seamless delivery of GSC annual plans, and promotes best practice

Project manages and coordinates delivery of GSC annual talent plan

Support planning and delivery of talent forums and annual Site Director / Site Quality Director on-boarding event and

Maintains accurate records pertaining to critical roles, talent and succession planning, working with GSC PDA team to gain insights to gaps and opportunities

Provides operational support and guidance on standards to be adhered to for talent reviews, update materials, systems and records

Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders across GSC to drive forward delivery of talent, leadership and culture agenda
Basic Qualifications:

Basic project management experience
-
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced working environment

Strong communication and influencing skills
-
Self-starter with a natural drive to implement and follow through on commitments
-
Ability to use data to inform decisions and solve problems
Preferred Experience / qualifications and skills:
-
Be experienced working with a matrix team based in multiple global locations
-
Experience working in a shared services HR model to deliver effectively.
