What You’ll Do
- Own and execute design across all brand touchpoints — social media, ads, email campaigns, and product marketing.
- Create visually compelling assets (static, motion, and short-form video) that align with Emergent’s brand identity and tone.
- Collaborate with content, growth, and marketing teams to bring campaigns and ideas to life through design.
- Maintain and evolve Emergent’s visual language across formats — ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.
- Design campaign visuals, pitch decks, landing pages, and social creatives optimized for performance and engagement.
- Translate complex ideas into clean, cohesive visual narratives.
- Stay up to date with design trends, platform aesthetics, and emerging creative tools to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaign design, and digital marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Figma.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to design both static and video ad creatives for platforms like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to translate creative briefs into impactful visuals.
- Detail-oriented, with a balance of creativity and execution speed.
Good to Have
- Experience with motion graphics, short-form video editing, or animation.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and how design impacts conversion.
- Familiarity with creative automation or AI design tools.
- Exposure to branding and visual identity systems for tech or SaaS products.
