About The Role
Join us as a Group Product Manager for our 4W Transport (GoCar) team, where you’ll lead one of Gojek’s most strategic and high-impact product verticals. In this role, you’ll shape how millions of customers and driver-partners experience car-based mobility every day, while defining the long-term strategy for how Gojek scales four-wheel transport across Indonesia and beyond.
As a Group PM, you’ll go beyond feature delivery: you’ll own outcomes at a business-unit level, drive alignment across multiple teams, and influence how we invest in technology, pricing, and supply-demand balance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, sees both the big picture and the tactical detail, and is eager to lead Gojek into the next chapter of urban mobility.
This role requires high autonomy, end-to-end ownership, and the ability to define direction across teams. You will influence not just product metrics, but also market positioning, regulatory navigation, and business sustainability.
Key Requirements
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for our 4W transport business.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, marketing, operations, and data teams.
- Translate user and business insights into high-impact initiatives that move key metrics.
- Mentor junior PMs, shaping their growth and raising the team’s overall product craft.
- Build strong external/internal partnerships to accelerate adoption and innovation.
- Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes, balancing short-term wins with long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- At least 7 years of product management experience, preferably in consumer tech, transport, or e-commerce.
- Track record of building habit-forming, revenue-driving digital products at scale.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in ambiguity.
- Deep experience with A/B testing, growth loops, and incentive design.
- Strong leadership presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.
- A mindset that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
