The Role
We are seeking a results-driven and innovative growth marketer with a passion for driving growth in the digital space. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a B2B SaaS startup environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and play a pivotal role in expanding our digital presence and driving customer acquisition. This role is based in Bangalore, and we are looking for someone either currently in Bangalore or willing to relocate for this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase brand visibility and drive user acquisition for Unifize.
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify growth opportunities and target audience segments.
- Implement data-driven marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Optimise conversion funnels and user journeys to maximise customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a related role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset focused on driving measurable results.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Ability to voice an opinion, accept constructive criticism and move through iterations with a reasonable turnaround.
- Willingness to pick up other tools and technologies, when required.
