We are seeking a dynamic and driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for crafting compelling content, and are passionate about growth through SEO, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized articles and blog posts that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand voice.

• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, using data to refine and improve strategies.

• Website development: Identify opportunities, develop messaging, and work with the design and front end engineering teams to deliver a great experience to attract new customers and partners.

• Social media marketing: Use social media to reach and engage with your target audience. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and development teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.

• Rapid Execution: Execute marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently, adapting to new challenges and opportunities with agility.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep Ema.co ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth marketing.

• Skills:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies.

  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, keyword-rich content.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush).

  • Ability to define and drive different growth marketing approaches

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong technical understanding of AI/Agentic AI is preferred

  • Technical background/degree preferred
